Returns & Exchanges

At French Meadows, we want you to feel as timeless as our designs; if your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your aesthetic, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original garment bags and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
